Update on ILAA Lobby Trip to Springfield
On Wednesday, April 30th, ILAA President Sumit Dhar, Ph.D. and ILAA Co-VP of Governmental Affairs Kim Cavitt, Au.D. joined ILAA Lobbyist Michelle Gentry-Wiseman for a legislative trip to Springfield.

ILAA will be working on getting state funding dedicated to the
Illinois Universal Newborn Hearing Screening program during the coming legislative session.
In order to accomplish this, we need the Academy membership
to contact their local legislators and make them aware of the issues!!!
