REGIONAL TRAINING COORDINATOR Unitron, a global innovator of technologically advanced hearing instruments, has an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join our dynamic team as a Regional Training Coordinator. We care deeply about people with hearing loss and the professionals who support them. Two positions are available, one covering the Mid-states Region (approximately 18 states) and the other covering the West Region (approximately 13 states). This position is responsible for: -Conducting regional, in-office and on-line customer training activities with an emphasis on Unitron products and software, -Providing clinical expertise and training to inter-company personnel with regard to new product launches and on-going training support of the Unitron portfolio of products, and -Supporting sales staff by providing other fiduciary tasks as assigned by the sales manager or Director of Practice Development. |
| Position Requirements: |
Successful candidates will have: -A minimum of 1 year clinical/industry experience, -Experience working with hearing aid technology and fitting software, -A strong desire to teach (primarily in a small group setting), and -Effective interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. -Masters or Doctorate degree in Audiology is preferred. Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist will be considered. -Prior teaching or product training experience preferred. Up to 80% to 85% domestic travel required. The ideal candidate for the Mid-states Region would be based in the Chicago area; the ideal candidate for the West Region would be based in California.
